It's been a while since I posted one of these. All that I can say is family life has been busy and living has taken priority over recording. These were taken on Barbados's east coast near beautiful Bathsheba. A must-visit part of the island. Very quiet. Undeveloped. A lot like some of the beaches on the east coast of England. Except hot! Hopefully I'll get to carry on with this series until the end of the year. Perhaps... Lila - Doesn't go in for imaginary games now as much a

He'd been watching TV and had to draw instead. It was an interruption to our evening routine but this picture makes me realise that it was lovely to just sit on the verandah in quiet for a bit. Iris: She was worried about our cat, Whiskey, in the dark, and went looking for him. Lila: Looking out at the rain on Sund

We'll miss it so much when we leave this island. Iris - Playing on the beach at the Cruising Club. I've been thinking about the beaches of my childhood (England's south coast, west coast of Ireland) and how much they differ from her Caribbean landscape. Lila - Practising hard (even on the beach) for th
