Lila: Had a great week at school. She got selected to go through to the finals of the toastmaster speech competition and performed brilliantly. Amazed at how far she's come. So proud of her.

Oscar: Starting to look at lot like daddy. On the steps of the boardwalk on Sunday afternoon waiting his fresh mango juice from Sips, the local smoothie van.

Iris: Loves climbing these days. This is her favourite wall to walk on. She'd run along it if I let her but I always try and get her to hold my hand.
